A personalized cremation urn—with a name, dates, and artwork—can add meaning and bring comfort. Sometimes just a simple message like "In Loving Memory" and his / her name can be enough to pay tribute to a life special to you. Other times, families have engraved favorite phrases or funny messages to remind them of the laughter once shared.
Shorter messages are easier to work with when engraving a small area. You want the message to be easy and quick to read.
Dates can be important and can be written in different formats, such as: August 20, 2021, or 8/20/2021. Space available and the surface can determine the format used. It's best to check beforehand what works, and doesn't, for the urn in question.
